Payment is to be sent upfront via Paypal (USD) unless discussed otherwise.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

Please have some form of visual reference image for me to work off of. In-game screenshots are OK as long as they are clear and easy to understand.

I may accept detailed descriptions. This will be on a case by case basis and will not be guaranteed.

My turnaround time varies but can be up to 1-2 months depending on my queue and other outside obligations.

I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works (this includes multi-slot YCHs)

An additional fee may be added based on the complexity of the character's design and/or additional alts/variations. Starting at $15 USD.

By default, all commissioned works are for personal use only - please inquire about commercial use.

All pricing is in USD - I will send over a Paypal invoice.

If at any point you desire a refund, please be aware that you will only receive a partial refund depending on how much work I have already completed.

For amounts greater than $300 USD, payment plans are available. These will depend on the total price and your circumstances.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

I will do my best to keep clients updated on the progression of their piece. I will show the client work in progress (WIP) images to confirm if the details are to their liking.

I cannot move forward without the client's confirmation first (even if a rush order is made), so please make sure to respond to these WIP updates.

All revisions are to be done during the sketch phase or before lining. Minor revisions like color adjustment are acceptable afterwards.

Clients are allowed 3 free revisions and it must be done in the sketch phase. Additional revisions are $10 USD each. Additional revisions after the sketch phase vary between $20-50 USD each, depending on the revision.

I will not do any revisions once the piece is completed.

Unless the client has purchased a separate commercial fee, I, the artist (Faenatical/Elfoppai) will retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything outside of personal use.

The client has permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given. This includes using commissioned work for icons, wallpapers, graphics etc.

Clients are not permitted to use any commissioned artwork for any profits associated with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and cryptocurrency.
